Q: How many players does WeaverRidge consider an outing?
40 or more players.

Q: What is required to set up a tournament?

  • The tournament date, the desired start time, and the time of day. Based on your criteria, we will determine what our availability will be.
  • Your contact information such as address, phone number and email address when you make your reservation.
  • An executed tournament contract and a deposit in order to hold your event date.

Q: Can we bring in outside food or beverage?
A: We do not allow food or beverage from outside vendors.

Q: Can I have a shotgun start?
A: Yes; however, it depends on the number of golfers and the tee sheet for your particular outing day.

Q: Is there a banquet area for awards?
A: Yes, we have a wonderful banquet facility along with a professional team of catering and event specialists on hand to assist with all the details. Most of our rooms have outside balcony or deck access.

Q: Can you assist with tee prizes, trophies, merchandise, banners, sponsor signs or hole in one insurance?

Q: Will the course set up the foursomes, provide scorecards and cart signs, and do the scoring after the event?
A: We will provide the personalized scorecards and cart signs. All you need to do is send us your pairings. We also have experienced staff to handle the scoring after the event.

Q: Will the course hang our banners for us and put out our tee signs?
A: Yes. We are happy to take care of these details for you. Our goal is to exceed your needs and expectations every time you visit.
